DatCog ("we", "us") operates datcog.app and go.datcog.app. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website or use our software.

Information we collect

When you book a demo, we collect the details you submit (name, email, business name, phone and message). When you use the DatCog app, your kennel's data (clients, pets, bookings, staff records, messages and uploaded files) is stored as part of your subscription.

How we use information

Demo enquiries are used to contact you about DatCog. App data is used solely to provide the service to your facility. We do not sell your data.

Email

We send transactional emails on your behalf — demo confirmations, booking reminders, invoice delivery and app notifications. Email addresses you provide are used only for this purpose.

Security

Your kennel's data is stored securely, kept separate from other facilities, and only accessible through a login. Passwords are protected and information is encrypted in storage and in transit.
