You trust DatCog with client details, pet care records, staff information and billing. Here is how we keep that information safe.
Your data is encrypted
Client records, bookings, pet profiles, staff details and messages are stored securely. Information is encrypted while stored and protected when sent over the internet.
Each kennel stays separate
Your facility's data belongs to you. When your team or pet owners log in, they only see your kennel — not another business. Managers, staff and clients each have their own login with access suited to their role.
Secure logins
The app requires a username and password. Passwords are never stored in readable form. Invite and password-reset links are single-use and expire after a short time.
Photos and documents
Pet photos, vaccine certificates and attachments can only be uploaded by someone logged into your account. They are kept with the rest of your kennel's data.
We do not sell your data
Your information is used to run DatCog for your facility. We do not sell it to third parties. Booking confirmations, invoices and reminders are sent by email on your behalf.
