By using datcog.app or go.datcog.app you agree to these terms. If you use DatCog on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
Service
DatCog provides cloud software for kennel, cattery, daycare and grooming operations. Features, pricing and availability may change with reasonable notice to subscribers.
Your data
You retain ownership of your business data entered into DatCog. We process it to provide the service, support and backups as described in your subscription agreement.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or use DatCog in violation of applicable law. We may suspend access for material breaches.
Founders' pricing
Promotional pricing shown on the marketing site applies to eligible new subscriptions as described at sign-up. Standard terms apply after any promotional period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

DatCog is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. You are responsible for operational decisions regarding animal care at your facility.
